Refund Policy


Business 2 Business (B2B) Contracts 


360 Design Consultants Ltd provides Business to Business (B2B) commercial services to a range of commercial customers, and they can pay for such services within our online store, or where approved on account and within our normal trading Terms and Conditions (T&C's). Therefore B2B transactions on our website are outside of the Consumer Contracts Regulations – which came into force in the UK in June 2014 – and apply when consumers not businesses make purchases.


360 Design Consultants Ltd complies with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Sale of Goods Act & Supply of Goods and Services Act. Prior to payment, commercial customers will be provided with a link to our T&C's.


360 Design Consultants Ltd's commercial customers will only be requested to apply a payment online or by BACS to us once they have read and accepted our T&C's. We never request payment prior to you being given the opportunity to read and accept our T&C's. A commercial and legal entity e.g. a Private Limited Company or Partnership, would therefore be classified as a B2B customer and because of this - the relationship with 360 Design Consultants Ltd falls outside of the Consumer Contracts Regulation.


Because of the nature of B2B relationships, 360 Design Consultants Ltd do not therefore provide refunds within 30 days purely based on the fact you have made an online electronic payment via credit or debit card on our website - such a situation would be applicable criteria under the Consumer Contracts Regulations only.


Business 2 Consumer (B2C) Contracts 


360 Design Consultants Ltd provides commercial service to consumers that can be paid for online only. Therefore we operate within the scope of the Consumer Contracts Regulations where non customised orders are placed.


However, it should be noted that the vast majority of our online products are custom designs in that you the consumer will be providing us with specific measurements for a wall or area within your home, or have accepted a bespoke design for a vehicle or a custom wrap. Your specific measurements and or design therefore are regarded as a bespoke or custom order - as the order would be unlikely to suit any other customer due to different sizes and the actual selection of the photographic or vehicle graphics/wrap design. Therefore for these types of custom orders - we cannot offer any refunds to you as we would be unable to sell this specific order to another customer. Please do not order from us if you are unwilling to recognise this important point relating to customised orders. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Direct Delivery to our Customers


360 Design Consultants Ltd provides fast, safe and affordable delivery using a premium UK courier. 360 Design Consultants Ltd will be adding further information to this page in due course regarding any integration of shipping into the Checkout area of our online store. 


Site Survey Consultation


360DC are pleased to offer a national service to our commercial and private clients. Clients' can use our secure Consultation Enquiry form to book a Site Survey. Customers are required to pay an initial deposit of £250 + VAT to secure our Site Survey service. Following the Site Survey, should 360DC be appointed to undertake Interior or Exterior Design works or a combination thereof, the customer will receive a credit of £250 + VAT to their Account. Where 360DC is not appointed - then we have been paid  for our professional time, albeit at a discounted rate.
